Ghial buy the majority of shares of “Betelli lavorazioni meccaniche”, a plant dedicated to machining and assembly.
2013
Start up of new machining and assembly plant with robotized cells at Ghial-Vrm.
2009
Start up of the new foundry in Castegnato. The new site grows on an area of 30.000 covered sqm and 63.000 sqm in total and it includes the activities that were performed in the old Castegnato and Flero plants.
2003
Ghial buys the company F.L.L.. The plant manufactures small castings and it is geographically near to strategic customers.
2000
Flero’s plant is bought, hosting foundry’s activities at the beginning, becoming later the finishing and logistics site.
1977
The Ghidoni family’s second generation join the business; the company name changes to Ghial and it becomes a Limited Private Company.
1965
The foundry is transferred to the seat in Castegnato and it will stay there until 2009.
1945
The Ghidoni brothers found the company “Fonderie Fratelli Ghidoni” in Ospitaletto (Brescia).
