Think “the company in the society”, with moral and ethical duties towards its stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, environment, State.
Promote continuous improvement among the people as main idea: making mistakes is possible, keep doing mistakes is not acceptable.
Reduce every kind of waste to the minimum, ( switch off the lights when leaving a room is a small thing that makes the difference).
Optimize the production process to decrease production cost and improve efficiency.
Decrease paper waste by improving information’ flows.
Make yourself respected for the appointment you have been assigned.
Be an example for other people.
Have a customer -supplier oriented mentality among the internal Departments in order to reach the maximum efficiency.
Think to a solution, but above all, put it into practice.
